Quality Assurance
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials—latex, TPE, fabric, foam, and metal components—are inspected against specification sheets upon arrival. Rejected lots are returned to suppliers immediately.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Trained QC staff monitor every production stage: cutting, molding, printing, sewing, and assembly. Non-conforming items are quarantined and reworked before passing to the next station.
Final Random Inspection (FRI)
We follow ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II, AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or Intertek is available on request.
Factory Audit Support
We welcome and actively support third-party factory audits requested by retail chains, brand owners, and import agents. Our facilities are regularly audited for:
- Social compliance and labor practices (BSCI, Sedex/SMETA)
- Quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Environmental and safety regulations
- Product safety and traceability documentation
- Supply-chain security (C-TPAT where applicable)
Audit reports and corrective-action records are available to qualified buyers under NDA.

European Union
CE marking, REACH registration, RoHS compliance, EN 71 toy safety, and German LFGB food-contact testing where applicable.
United States
CPSIA compliance, California Prop 65 disclosures, FDA registration for applicable products, and ASTM standards.
Australia & Others
AS/NZS standards, SASO for Saudi Arabia, and other country-specific certifications upon request.
