First-Time Buyer FAQ
First-Time Buyer FAQ
If you are ordering fitness equipment from China for the first time, you likely have questions about minimum quantities, pricing, payment security, and delivery. This FAQ covers the topics we are asked most often by new buyers.
Ordering Basics
What is the MOQ?
MOQ varies by product. Standard catalogue items typically require one full carton per SKU. Custom products depend on the level of customization. For large-volume buyers, full-container (FCL) orders receive the best unit pricing.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us a product list with target quantities, customization needs, and destination market. We typically reply within 1–3 business days with a detailed quotation.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Standard samples take 5–7 working days. Custom samples take 7–15 working days. Sample costs are typically refundable against your first bulk order.
Payment & Terms
What payment terms do you accept?
New customers: 30% T/T deposit before production, 70% balance against bill of lading copy. Repeat customers may qualify for more flexible terms such as OA or L/C.
Which Incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo — default), CIF, CNF, and DDP (select destinations). FOB is the most common choice for international buyers.
Production & Delivery
How long is production?
Standard products: 30–45 days. Custom products: 45–60 days. Peak season (Sep–Nov) requires earlier booking.
How are goods shipped?
Sea freight (FCL/LCL) is standard for bulk orders. Air freight and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) are available for urgent or small shipments. We arrange logistics based on your chosen Incoterm.
