Incoterms We Support
What is FOB and why is it the default?
FOB (Free On Board) means we deliver goods to the port of Shanghai or Ningbo and load them onto the vessel. From that point, you (or your freight forwarder) bear the cost and risk. FOB is popular because it gives buyers control over ocean freight and insurance while keeping the supplier responsible for inland transport and export customs.
When should I choose EXW?
EXW (Ex Works) means you collect goods from our factory and handle all transport, export clearance, and shipping. Choose EXW only if you have an experienced freight forwarder in China who can manage local trucking and customs.
What about CIF and DDP?
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) includes ocean freight and insurance to your destination port. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle shipping, import customs, and delivery to your door. DDP is available for select destinations but requires advance arrangement and accurate product classification.
Customs & Documentation
What documents do you provide?
For every shipment, we issue: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (or Air Waybill), and Certificate of Origin. Additional documents (CO, Form A, BV/SGS inspection reports) are available on request.
Do fitness equipment products face import duties?
Duty rates vary by destination country and HS code. Fitness equipment generally falls under HS chapters 9506 (gym articles) or 3926 (plastic articles). We can provide HS codes and material compositions to help your customs broker classify goods correctly.
Tracking & Delivery
How do I track my shipment?
For sea freight, we provide the container number and vessel name once goods are loaded. You can track via the shipping line’s website. For air and express, we share the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
What if goods are damaged in transit?
We pack all goods to withstand standard ocean handling. If you choose FOB or CIF, we recommend purchasing cargo insurance. For DDP shipments, we carry insurance until delivery. Report visible damage immediately to the carrier and photograph the container seals and damaged cartons.
