OEM/ODM Customization

Nantong Better Sports & Fitness Co., Ltd. offers full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services for fitness equipment buyers. Whether you have a complete design or just a product idea, our team guides you through every stage of development, production, and delivery.

Step 1 — Inquiry & Requirements

You share your product concept, target market, estimated volume, material preferences, and any design files or reference samples. We review feasibility and confirm whether the product fits our manufacturing capabilities.

Step 2 — Quotation

We provide a detailed quotation covering unit price, tooling costs (if new molds are needed), sample cost, packaging options, and estimated production lead time. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days.

Step 3 — Sampling

For custom designs, we produce pre-production samples (PP samples) for your approval. Sample lead time is typically 7–15 working days. You can evaluate material, dimensions, color, logo placement, and packaging.

Step 4 — Order Confirmation

Once the sample is approved, we issue a proforma invoice. The purchase order confirms final specifications, quantities, packaging, Incoterms, and quality standards. Production begins after receipt of the agreed deposit.

Step 5 — Production

Standard products: 30–45 days. Custom products: 45–60 days. We conduct incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and finished goods verification.

Step 6 — Final Inspection & Shipping

We perform final QC before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) is supported on request. We then arrange logistics, prepare export documentation, and provide tracking information.

1. Product design: Dimensions, weight, color, material, surface texture, grip style
2. Branding: Logo embossing, screen printing, laser engraving, woven labels
3. Packaging: Color box, hangtag, instruction manual, carry bag, barcode label
4. Certification: CE, FDA, UKCA, REACH, EN 71, and other market-specific compliance
