The facility is organized into seven functional zones:

  1. Raw Material Warehouse — Latex, TPE, PVC, fabric, foam, and metal components are stored in climate-controlled conditions. Incoming material inspection (IQC) is performed at the receiving dock.
  2. Cutting & Preparation — Automated cutting machines process rubber sheets, fabric rolls, and foam blocks to precise dimensions.
  3. Molding & Extrusion — High-frequency welding machines, hydraulic presses, and extrusion lines form resistance bands, yoga mats, and foam rollers.
  4. Printing & Branding — Silk-screen, heat-transfer, and sublimation printing apply logos, patterns, and instructional graphics.
  5. Sewing & Assembly — Fabric resistance bands, carry straps, and accessory pouches are stitched on industrial sewing machines.
  6. Quality Control Laboratory — Tensile-testing machines, color-matching booths, and aging-test chambers verify every batch.
  7. Finished-Goods Warehouse — Climate-controlled storage with FIFO inventory management and container-loading bays.
