Visit Story — US Fitness Brand
A Midwest Distributor Evaluates Our Resistance Band Line
In March 2024, a US-based fitness equipment distributor sent their VP of Sourcing and a QA engineer to Nantong for a two-day visit. Their goal: find a backup supplier for their latex resistance band program, which had experienced quality inconsistency with their incumbent vendor.
Day 1 — Facility Tour: The buyers toured all seven production zones, from raw-material storage to finished-goods warehouse. They were particularly interested in our tensile-testing lab, where we demonstrated real-time breaking-force tests on multiple resistance levels.
Day 2 — Product Development: Our design team presented three new fabric-band concepts with adjustable buckle systems. The buyer selected one for prototype development and placed a trial order of 20,000 units.
Outcome: The trial order shipped on time with zero defects. The buyer upgraded Better Sports to primary supplier status in Q3 2024 and expanded the program to yoga mats and foam rollers.

A German Supermarket Group Audits for Private Label
A major German retail group visited in September 2024 to audit our facility for a private-label fitness range targeting their New Year wellness campaign. The audit covered BSCI compliance, environmental practices, and product safety documentation.
Audit focus: Worker interviews, wage-record verification, fire-safety inspections, and chemical-handling protocols. Our HR team provided full documentation within 30 minutes of request.
Outcome: The audit scored "Good" across all 11 BSCI principles with only two minor documentation findings, both closed within 48 hours. The buyer placed a 120,000-unit seasonal order covering 12 SKUs.
